Please also note we are a small salon it can get busy we have very little waiting space please come alone , our clinic is an adult only setting unless bringing an older child for an arranged treatment please leave them home we want you & other clients to relax & enjoy your time with us peacefully
We take cash or bank transfer in payment we do not offer refunds.
We ask you stick to the session timing cancelling appts and delaying will effect the flow of your treatment it will not improve hair growth treatments.
We ask you give us 48 hr notice to cancel or change an appt less than this you may lose your booking fee or full payment for session We ask you also respect other clients need for privacy & quiet
